Coronavirus: What Are The Travel Fees For These New Trains?

A national curfew in India was implemented on March 24th to curb the spread of coronavirus attacks. The curfew which was extended multiple times, has now been extended to May 18th. As a result of these continuous extensions, migrant workers and students in various states are being stranded due to traffic jams. In response, the central government began a special trains movement in order to bring those people back home. Moreover, the respective states must provide adequate security to ensure that only passengers with a valid ticket approved by the state government will be allowed to enter the station.

Coronavirus: New Road Violations Provokes Fear In Chennai

Anna Road has been sealed since yesterday as the coronavirus has seriously attacked not only Tamil Nadu, but all over India. Tamil Nadu Police have warned that violent action will be taken if vehicles go beyond that barrier. The curfew has been issued until the 3rd of next month, in response to the coronation. The public are only allowed to purchase their essential items from 6 am to 1 pm. The police have confiscated many vehicles including cars and bikes for various reasons. So far, 268,537 complaints have been registered and were received over the curfew across Tamil Nadu. Of those complaints, 285,150 have been arrested and 2,88,770 vehicles were seized.

Coronavirus: 178 Tamil People Recovered in a Single Day!

The state of Tamil Nadu now has a total of 1,520 coronavirus cases where there has been 76 new cases that has been confirmed. On the other hand, the hard work of Tamil Nadu has been starting to pay off where 178 people were healed in a single day. As a result, the total number of people that have been healed has risen to 635. When looking at the entire India, the number of confirmed cases has almost reached 20,000 with an exact number of 19,984. Also, India has had 3870 people who have recovered from the virus along with a count of 640 deaths.

Prime Minister Modi telephoned the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palanisamy about the corruption in Tamil Nadu.  The Prime Minister has briefed about the preventive measures being taken in Tamil Nadu. More than 209 countries in the world, including India, have been threatened by the coronavirus pandemic. Meanwhile, the curfew which was previously announced just for a Sunday was then extended to what was called the Janet Curfew which was in force for only 21 days from March 24th to April 14th in order to contain the continuous spread of the coronavirus.

Coronavirus: What has happened to the Medical Waste from Hospitals?

Residents of the Karur Government Hospital are protesting to bury the clothes used by doctors at the Karur government hospital. About 110 people that were affected by the coronavirus were admitted to the Government Medical College Hospital in Karur Sanarpatti. Out of these people, it has been reported that 23 of these people in the Government Hospital were from the Karur district. Other infected people from that hospital have come from the Namakkal and Dindigul districts for treatment.

Coronavirus: Tamil Policemen Panic As People Travel In the Streets

The families of policemen involved in the security work have demanded that the people around them still unfortunately continue to roam around the streets and highways despite the regulations of the curfew. As a preventive measure, the Tamil Nadu government has issued a curfew on March 24 from 6 pm. Subsequently, 1.20 lakh policemen are engaged in security work across Tamil Nadu in order to make sure that the coronavirus is controlled before it gets too late.
